A former senior executive, Phil has significant experience in strategic management and planning and a keen interest in the primary drivers of organisational change. He works with executives to help them understand these drivers, then develop resilient and sustainable strategies and plans. In his 25-year career, he has held a range of roles from senior positions in large corporate organisations to small business ownership. The common thread throughout has been an ongoing pursuit of change and a quest to embrace the future. The skills he brings to clients are underpinned by his training at the University of Houston’s Foresight Programme and continued membership of the Association of Professional Futurists.
